Shipping and Delivery:
We endeavour to process and dispatch orders promptly. However we may need an estimate between 2-3 weeks to prepare your order first to ensure it is prepared and packaged of the highest quality. Please understand international tracked or couriered delivery all have different estimate delivery scheduling which we will endeavour to meet. These are estimates and will vary and cannot be guaranteed. Kindly ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid delays.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit, however, please contact us asap with any issues.
Return Policy:
At Ātaahua Beautiful Plant Hair, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with our Harakeke hair extensions. However, should you find the need to return or exchange your purchase, we have outlined the following policy to facilitate a seamless process:
Please contact us within three days of delivery to discuss.
All return postage costs are at the buyers expense.
All items must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery.
Refunds will only be considered once the item has been received in the condition it was sent.
Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Harakeke hair extensions that have been worn, altered, or tampered with.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If for any reason your items are damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately providing clear photographs of the issue, and our team will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
